The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was quiet and the nearby road didn't cause too much noise.

Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful, particularly during breakfast. The room was cold and lacked proper heating, and there were not enough blankets.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff. The location of the hotel is ideal for explorations and excursions in the region

Our room was very small; the equipment and the interior are not really new anymore

It was cosy, clean and just as one imagines an English inn, simply charming. The staff was very friendly, attentive and nice. It was a lovely experience. The food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. Even the beer was really tasty. A pint of padster. The location was ideal for exploring the northern part of Cornwall.

There was nothing to criticize from our side, but the pool had the charm of the seventies, but was not used by us.
